Policies
Renter Provides & Must Bring the Following:
Complete linens, blankets, towels, sleeping bags and pillows. Outdoor camp stove, pots, pans dishes, glasses and silverware. Dish soap, dishtowels, dishcloth, and potholders, etc. Coffee pots, toaster etc.
Check in / Check out:
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.; check out time is 12:00 p.m. Keys should be put in drop box at the office. Lost or stolen keys will result in a $50.00 replacement charge. Cottage and surrounding grounds should be cleaned and left in good condition. Your good efforts will insure the complete refund of your security deposit.
Atmosphere:
All rentals are to families and responsible adults. No loud parties / music will be permitted. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. Renters must adhere to Parks regulations.
Tenant/Responsible Party:
The person in whose name t:he cabin is reserved will be responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures and restrictions. The tenant/Responsible Party must be physically present during the entire reservation period and no subletting is allowed. All payments, transfers, modifications, or cancellations to the reservation must be made by the Tenant/Responsible Party.
Cabin Capacity:
The maximum number of people per one bedroom cabin is 5, and 6 for two-room cabins. This represents the maximum number of people allowed to stay at any time. No additional persons will be allowed to occupy the property in campers, vans, tents etc.
Liability for Damages:
Aside from normal wear and tear you agree to pay the owners of Night Owl Camping Cabins for any actual damages to the property or its contents during your stay.
Entry:
It may be necessary for us to enter the cabin during reasonable hours for the purpose of repairs, care or management of the property. Should this become necessary, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Maintenance/Mechanical:
All equipment and appliances are in good working order. However, if a breakdown occurs, please contact us promptly. Every effort will be made to resolve the problem as soon as possible. No refunds/credits will be made for equipment failures, as they are beyond our control.
No Pet Policy:
NO PETS are allowed in the cabins, to ensure the comfort of guests who may have allergies, etc.
No Smoking/No Candles:
NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabins, NO CANDLES are allowed to be burned inside the cabins. Violation to this rule will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Wood/Garbage:
Fire Wood is provided by Night Owl Camping Cabins. We ask that you put all your garbage in securely tied bags and place them in the trash can(s) provided. Please do not throw loose garbage in the cans. We also have recycle bids, for your cans & bottles.
Deposit/ Cancellation Policy:
A $ 59.00 deposit per week or portion reserved is required when reservations are made. This deposit will automatically become your security deposit upon check-in. Then will be refunded after departure, if all is well and no damage / No smoking and all is well.
Full payment of rental is required 30 days prior to check-in or cancel:
Make Check payable to Night Owl Camping Cabins. Any cheques returned NSF will be subject to a $20.00 NSF Processing fee.
Inclement Weather:
The unpredicatibility of the weather is fact of life, especially in Saskatchewan. As weather is of course outside the control of Night Owl Camping Cabins, we cannot offer refunds to guests who experience inclement weather such as rain or thunderstorms at the time of their booked stay.
Effective 2016:
There will be a extra $10.00 over capacity charge per person.
There will be a $50.00 Minimum Charge for extra cleaning.
If there is Candles, Smoking or Shedding Pets in the Cabins.
